This is the support page for the Evening Reset Protocol. Doesn’t matter if you just bought the Evening Reset Protocol or have had it for a while, this is where you get all your questions answered.
The fastest answers live below. Take 30 seconds to scan the common questions first, your answer is probably there.
But if you don’t find it, the chatbot in the corneer handles almost everything else. Ask it anything about your type, setup, how the defaults work, or what to do if something went sideways.
If you need to talk to a me head over to the contact page and you’ll hear back within a 24 hours.
Most Common Questions
A: You’re not confused. Type A (underfed, genuine hunger) and Type E (decompressor, reward-seeking) often show up together. One usually drives harder than the other. Start with whichever one made you wince when you read the descriptions in Section 2. Run that default as your lead. The system is built to handle all four at once anyway — you’re just deciding which one gets the most attention at the beginning.
A: You can. The protocol doesn’t care what day you start, and starting over something you’ve already read fresh is fine. But the reason to start tonight is the felt win. You get to sleep knowing you handled one evening on purpose instead of on accident. That one night is worth the $17 alone because it breaks the pattern that’s been running. Start tonight if you can. If you can’t, start tomorrow. Just start.
A: No. Your Transition Trigger is your action — brush teeth, make tea, lights off. It doesn’t require your partner to do anything. In fact, your partner eating at 9pm is irrelevant to your 8pm kitchen close. The Shared Kitchen section in the PDF walks through exactly this scenario. Read that first if a shared house is your setup.
A: No. Refill the card. It’s one page. The whole point of the card is that you can adjust it without redownloading anything. If you want to change your Transition Trigger time, or swap one Replacement Default for another, that’s what the card is for. Fill it in once, use it forever, update it whenever real life requires it.
A: You don’t restart. You adjust one thing that didn’t work and keep going. Night 5 in the PDF is specifically your “break night.” It’s the most useful night of the seven because it tells you what went wrong. Don’t use it as an excuse to bail. Use it as data. Read the Shared Kitchen section or the Wine Question section depending on what broke, adjust one default, and continue.
A: Yes. The Planned Snack default is there because banning snacks backfires for snackers. If you’re not a snacker, you don’t run it. You run the other three. The system is not all-or-nothing. It’s built to work with the four defaults you actually need.
A: The protocol fixes the evening window, which is where your progress quietly disappears. That shows up as consistency first — nights you didn’t fight, mornings you didn’t dread — before it shows up as a number. Most people report a felt difference by night four or five. The scale usually follows about two weeks in, but the real win is the evenings handling themselves. That’s night one.

Ask Your Question
The chatbot handles almost everything else. Be specific, tell it your type, what’s confusing you, or what went sideways. The more detail you give, the better the answer.
If you need to talk to a me head over to the contact page and you’ll hear back within a 24 hours.
Tell me what happened. If it’s a setup question, I’ll walk you through it. If something didn’t work, I’ll help you adjust or refund you entirely.
No gatekeeping. No “have you tried X first.” Just support.
